WE BELIEVE

  • Creativity is everything and everyone’s job

  • Better creative ignites better business results

  • Together, we can change hearts and minds one brave idea at a time

Good ideas are good business

"The first step in making great work happen is to make a business case that pushing for good ideas isn’t “nice to have” or distracting: it’s absolutely essential.

[+]We are one agency

We are made of 350 incredible individuals, but we are one collaborative, mutually inspiring, mutually supportive, thinking, strategizing, creating, client-wowing organism. We support each other and we push each other, we elevate each other and we celebrate each other. That’s how we deliver what’s next for our clients.

[+]We create together

One-on-one, partner swapping, threesomes, foursomes, and moresomes. We believe that when it comes to creative development, sexy ideas come from interesting interactions—from everyone. That’s because we believe creativity is everything and everyone’s job.

[+]We learn together

We believe growth is the only sign of life. So we have the most in-depth training and development program in the industry. Our in-house university, SSCGU, combines internal and external classes with our own e-learning portal to help our employees grow and thrive. If you want to learn and grow, we’re the place to go.
